Our formerly-Nobu executive chefs bring their expertise to Maxan Jazz, creating a refined sushi and Japanese-inspired dining experience in Las Vegas. From expertly crafted sushi to innovative dishes, every plate is designed to complement the music and create an elevated culinary experience.
There is a $25 Food & Beverage Minimum ($40 F&B min on Fri & Sat nights) per person for all performances. No cover charge.
